You must taste our organic honey coming from the local hillside village of Mondaino and our exqusite croissants which are egg, sugar and dairy free.<\/p>\n<p>Our menu offers fresh organic dishes on a daily basis, from pastas to meats and vegetables to desserts. Head chef Lucio Antonietti\u00a0prefers using only organic raw ingredients which are carefully selected from the best Italian producers.
